The Smartree Group announces the renaming of the division that provides temporary employees, staff leasing and recruitment services to its clients. Smartree Romania is now present in the market under a new name: Smartemp.

Together with Smartree HRTech, the division of software technology innovation and HR process outsourcing services, the two companies are part of the Smartree Group. The decision to rename Smartree Romania was taken with a view to the development and more effective communication of the services that the company can provide to its partners. Also, an important factor is the definition of a new identity of the organization within the group, as part of the strategy of building a strong, independent brand dedicated to temporary staffing services.

The services offered will continue to be of the best quality, and the structure and composition of the shareholding, the structure and composition of the board of directors and the operational teams, the Unique Registration Code, remain unchanged. Currently, Smartemp provides more than 2600 temporary employees to its clients, mostly multinational companies.

Smartemp is the partner that covers staffing needs during high-load periods, manages rest or maternity leaves and ensures the continuity of daily activities with fixed-term employees. Smartemp’s recruitment specialists take responsibility for filling vacant jobs, an essential service, especially in the case of collectives where staff turnover is high or where unforeseen or seasonal peaks in activities occur.
