Roweb, a Romanian software company, is expanding its portfolio with a new client with a turnover of 1 billion pounds
Roweb, a Romanian end-to-end software services company, announces the development of its international portfolio with another well-known client in the UK, a recruitment and HR company with a turnover of over £ 1 billion. Roweb aims for organic growth on all levels of activity, relying on a doubling of the business in the next three years.
Roweb will take care of the analysis, optimization, and maintenance of an already existing solution, which translates into a long-term collaboration. In addition, the company will allocate a dedicated development team, which will grow simultaneously with the evolution of the project.
However, this is not the first HR project. Roweb programmers have also developed such solutions for other European companies, focusing not only on the process of recruiting or managing HR-related documents but also on solutions to help businesses grow.
In the post-pandemic period, Roweb has had an increase in new projects in various industries, which involves the teams’ already established experience and requires an extension of expertise in new markets and fields.
At the same time, there was a significant increase in existing projects, where customers requested new features or the development of new solutions in parallel. Most new applications come from recruitment & HR, finance and insurance, real estate, logistics, tourism & hospitality.
Most of the human resources involved have a mid or senior level related to experience, but the representatives want to mention that they also invest in the potential of juniors, hiring some of the students who have completed the internships organised by the company.
Roweb aims to double its business over the next three years
The company continues to rely on the development of its international portfolio, where it has 90% of its business, but also on the expansion of projects in the local market.
Roweb also plans to open an office in London to cover the large volume of customers in the UK. With a plan for organic growth, in line with the new changes that will occur, Roweb expects an increase in turnover of about 40% by the end of this year, respectively a doubling of the business in the next three years.
In the next period, the focus will also be on career events, such as internships, Job Shadow Days, participation in career fairs, and conferences to find the best experts who can handle projects.
Roweb is, first and foremost, a people-focused company that develops customised and scalable solutions.
The experience of 2004 makes the Roweb client portfolio diverse, with a focus on complex and long-term projects. In addition, over 50% of Roweb employees are seniors who offer professional solutions.
Roweb’s dedicated development team helps its partners to have an excellent online presence, from business analysis and software development to web design, maintenance, outdated website optimization, integrations with 3rd-party systems, and data & content migration.
The rise of such a company is interesting to watch, especially since the reviews it receives on various platforms show a real satisfying collaboration with both national and international customers.
