CGS Romania hires 500 new employees for the contact center in Constanța
• The new colleagues will join the 200 colleagues already existing in the contact center in Constanța

Computer Generated Solutions (CGS) Romania, the leader of the local business process outsourcing (BPO) market, aims to develop the business and for the contact center it owns in Constanța. In this sense, the company already plans to recruit approx. 500 new colleagues for the regional office by the end of the year.
“The support center in Constanța was inaugurated in 2019, being the 7th local CGS hub. Since its launch, it has performed above average and, for this reason, the business destined for this office has grown steadily and thus generated the need to attract new talent. At the moment, 200 employees work in the hub in Constanța, some of them remote”, said Vladimir Sterescu, Country Manager of CGS Romania.
According to his statements, the Constanța area offers the company, at this moment, the opportunity to hire 500 people by the end of the year. The open positions are for both office and remote work. The new colleagues will serve projects similar to those that the company already operates in the other CGS Romania centers, in the technical, sales and customer service areas. Also, in Constanța, the American company will offer salaries and benefits above the local and national market average.
Regarding the profile of the targeted candidates, CGS Romania wants to recruit young people who want positions in which they can perform and have access to a long-term career plan with the possibility of evolution. CGS also targets English, French, Romanian and Turkish speakers with negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

According to his statements, among the open positions for the support center in Constanța are those of Customer Relations Consultant, Technical Specialist level 1 or 2, or Sales Specialist.
