The employer brand of the year is “The place to be, now and beyond” by Cognizant Softvision, created together with the GMP PR agency

During the Employer Branding Awards 2022 event, trophies were awarded for the best employer branding projects and campaigns in Romania. One of the big awards of the evening was “Best New Employer Brand”, awarded to the Cognizant Softvision project “The place to be now & beyond”, created together with the GMP PR agency.

It is a strategic project, which involved both focus groups with employees and top management, consultancy, as well as a communication strategy and a visual strategy, which positions the company as the ideal workplace today for a career in the IT industry.

“Through a series of metaverse-inspired visuals and out-of-the-box creative activations, the agency conveyed the company’s ambition and sparked interest in joining the team. The campaign brought record recruitment figures: in just 11 months, the company attracted more than 1000 new employees, in 2021,” said Octavian Gheorge, Creative Director & Head of Social Media at GMP PR:

The Employer Branding Awards is the competition that gives recognition to projects, campaigns and people who have supported the development of the employer brand within companies active in the local market. The projects are evaluated by a jury made up of over 30 renowned specialists from the communication and human resources industry, from the largest companies and agencies in Romania. The event is organized by Evensys and is in its first edition.
