mindit.io aims to expand the team with over 100 tech specialists
Romanian software developer mindit.io wants to expand its national team by 110 new colleagues, including juniors, in the next year.
In addition to international expansion plans, mindit.io is in the process of growing and consolidating its national team and developing its project portfolio.
Currently, mindit.io has approximately 200 employees in Romania and Switzerland, respectively an annual turnover of over 45 million RON. The company had an increase of approx. 40% in 2021, compared to the previous year, being one of the IT companies in Romania with the most spectacular ascents, and for this year predicts a similar evolution.
mindit.io is involved in a wide range of projects spanning multiple industries such as banking, retail, fintech, foodtech, healthcare, hospitality and real estate. In terms of technologies used, React, Headless CMS (Storyblok, Strapi), Angular, Java, Dot Net, SQL, next JS are the most common, but the list is much larger, depending on the needs of the partners.

In order to support the increase in the volume and quality of delivered projects, mindit.io aims to attract new specialists at the local level, betting in a first stage on the development of two of the national cities – Cluj and Iași. Thus, by September 2023, mindit.io aims to increase and strengthen the team in Romania, targeting an additional 110 employees, including juniors.

mindit.io is setting up two new local internship programs, in Cluj and Iași
For those at the beginning of the journey, the company organizes various internship programs, which have the role of providing an opportunity to enter one of the most innovative and sought-after fields of activity today.
Organized for the first time and locally, in Iași and Cluj, the internship programs last three months each, and at the end of them all those who successfully participated in the program will start their career in the IT field, working on various projects in the areas: Java and Spring, React, Microservices, Flutter, Payment processing, Application integration, Health, Retail and many more.
At the moment, the internships in Iași and Cluj are synchronized with the general intership program, but, in the long term, the company aims to organize dedicated programs in the cities. In addition to the internship program, mindit.io has more than 20 open positions for which candidates can apply directly on the company’s website.
