Genpact has expanded its Iași team to over 650 in just 18 months, growing client capabilities while creating new opportunities for local talent

Genpact employs 5,000 professionals in Romania. Its Iași team has expanded quickly, growing from just a handful of professionals to more than 650 in 18 months. This growth highlights the region’s robust talent pool and Genpact’s confidence in the region’s potential.
