CBRE, leader in the real estate consultancy market, was assigned to provide property management services for the projects developed by the company One United Properties in the north of Bucharest, namely the office building One Tower and the residential complex One Mircea Eliade, which comprise a total area of 24,000 square meters offices and 247 high-end apartments. The portfolio managed by CBRE exceeded 800,000 square meters, reconfirming its leading position in the property management market.
Part of the One Floreasca City project, One Tower is located in the northern area of Bucharest and has 16 floors, with a total leasable area of 24,000 square meters. The office building is under development and is due to be delivered in the second quarter of 2020. Also part of the One Floreasca City project, the One Mircea Eliade residential complex is composed of three tower blocks, with 15, 20 floors respectively and totaling 247 apartments.
