Those companies that had reached a solid digital maturity before the pandemic, as well as those that accelerated the digitalization process during the pandemic, had a clear advantage by achieving a high level of resilience, according to a recent study by the consulting firm Deloitte on the pandemic industry production.
“Continuing this digitalization strategy is a prerequisite for remaining relevant in the profitability race. The automation of internal processes, through ERP or HR management software solutions, not only ensures a much increased functionality of the entire production chain, but also significantly reduces costs. In addition, this automation will prove almost indispensable in the perspective of the implementation of the new SAF-T reporting system to ANAF, starting this year “, states Adrian Bodomoiu, executive director of Wizrom Software.
This is especially true in the production sector, where the customer is just the end of a very complex system, which involves sales departments, inventory insurance (raw materials, finished products, etc.), production planning, execution or financial.
