Zitec launches an internship program for students and graduates
Zitec, provider of IT & digital marketing market solutions in Romania, specialized in the development of digital transformation solutions and services, announces the launch of an internship program for students and graduates who want to start a career in the IT field.
According to Zitec representatives, the over 20 open internship positions target specializations such as: Magento Developer, PHP Developer, Frontend Developer, iOS Developer or Android Developer.
The program runs for three months on a part-time basis (six hours a day) and is remunerated, giving participants the opportunity to work on real projects for clients in various industries. The internships organized by the Zitec team aim to both improve the technological knowledge of the participants, but also to develop the skills related to working in an organization and in a team. Participants in the internship programs will have the opportunity to choose the way of working that suits their schedule: completely remote, hybrid or in one of the Zitec offices in Bucharest or Brasov. Internships involve lifelong learning programs, trainings, but also mentoring. Thus, during the internship, the interns will be under the guidance and support of mentors who will share their knowledge and expertise, so that young people have access to the latest technologies, develop professionally and gain practical experience. Participants will also be able to be part of a professional team with an organizational culture based on continuous feedback and transparent communication. At the end of the internship program, they have the opportunity to join the Zitec team for an indefinite period, in a full-time or part-time position. On the other hand, the company proposes an employment rate of over 80% of the participants in the internship.
