Sameday becomes a shareholder of Zitec, consolidating a strategic partnership for the development and scaling of digitalization solutions for the logistics sector in Europe and the Middle East

Zitec announces an update in the shareholding structure: Sameday, one of the most important players in the courier industry, takes over the 24.9% stake held by eMAG and enters the company’s shareholding. “Changes in the logistics and courier industry require rapid adaptations and technological solutions to meet the challenges.

The increase in demand for fast deliveries, operational optimization in conditions of increasing order volume and returns, as well as the need for traceability and predictability in the logistics chain are just some of the challenges facing players in this sector.
