Omniperform prepares an investment at a $10 million valuation and announces strategic partnership with Creata Global Agency

Omniperform, the agency-based digital, media, and personalized communication company with its personalization technology announces a $3 million revenue target for 2024, raises funding, and signs a strategic partnership with Create Global Agency, one of the world’s largest agencies.
The Series A financing from an investment fund, which will be closed by the end of the second quarter of 2025, amounts to almost $1.5 million and brings Omniperform’s company valuation to nearly $10 million.
Also, Irina Studineanu, with 18 years of experience in sales and real estate at an executive level, joins Omniperform as the New Business Global Director to accelerate the company’s expansion alongside directors Madalina Stroescu (COO), Stefan Sima (Creative Director) and Marius Istratescu (Media Director).

Through this partnership, Omniperform’s personalized communication services will be accessible globally through the Creata network.
