Softelligence to support the Romanian national robotics team AutoVortex for another two years
Softelligence, the technology and consulting company, together with its Engineering division from Craiova, announces they will extend the current partnership with the National Robotics Team of Romania for another two years.
Softelligence support will consist in both financial and human resources, as advanced technology and consulting knowledge for various projects’ implementation, but also their presentation abroad will be available to the members of the National Robotics Team of Romania. Softelligence will thus be the main sponsor in the software industry for the talented team that recently won a well-deserved silver trophy at the International Robotics Championship in Saint Petersburg.
In 2021, Softelligence also supported the Romanian National Robotics Team to participate in the Dubai 2020 International Exhibition of Technology and Innovation. The series of events gathered under the umbrella of Expo Dubai 2020 started at the end of 2021 and will end this year in March.
“It is well-known that the software industry in Romania needs more and more talented, well-trained, and agile human resources, which can quickly adapt to the latest technologies on the market. To be able to access these talents over the years, we need to train them now. Innovation and creativity must be supported at all costs. That’s why we created this program – Generation Tomorrow – that’s why we invest in today’s talents to inspire tomorrow’s generations,” said Adrian Blidarus, CEO of Softelligence.
Ionuț Panea, AutoVortex coordinator, said: “The International Robotics Championship in St. Petersburg was a unique opportunity to test our new robot model. We appreciated our Russian hosts’ hospitality as well as the fair play that defined this contest.
We are preparing for the International Robotics Championships in Libya and South Korea, both of which will take place in February. The partnership with Softelligence brings us new opportunities to get closer to the business environment while the support of our educational project encourages us to continue to innovate and to grow a new generation of leaders in the field of programming and robotics.”
