During the past period, as we have found out from our clients, the biggest challenge was to switch from the basics of learning programs to more sophisticated coaching and mentoring approach. The companies needed to maintain the retention of employees, as well as their engagement and this was even more changing during 2020.

To the effectiveness of learning programs – the challenge depends on who sets the goal of the program. In practice and tradition work environment, a manager would want to keep the control and see the performance indicators following the training program offered to an employee. To build  a more effective approach,  , managers and employees need to align in terms of common searched outcomes.
