ARIR and ENVISIA develop an exclusive educational partnership to offer training in Investor Relations
The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) is pleased to announce an exclusive collaboration with ENVISIA Board of Elite (ENVISIA) to offer professional courses on the capital market. The two organisations concluded an educational partnership to train new professionals in Investor Relations (IR). Through this initiative professionals and company management will access a wide range of courses and practical exercises, delivered by top international specialists with experience in renowned companies across Europe.

Through our new educational collaboration, we aim to provide the necessary resources for both the representatives of listed companies and future professionals to implement best practices in Investor Relations. In the new post-pandemic context and also considering the promotion in the category of emerging capital markets, it is essential to be prepared to attract the new wave of international investors.”

On October 9th, 2020 it will be organized the first course dedicated to Investor Relations professionals and to those who want to activate in this field – “Investor Relations: a Practitioner’s Guide” (more information https://www.ir-romania.ro/courses/?lang=en ). The purpose of this interactive course is to provide an overview of the key functions of an Investor Relations Officer (IRO), of the expectations from the investment community and how the IR -as front-line officer of the company -could deal and address these expectations.
ARIR was founded at the initiative of Daniela Șerban in November 2018 together with the founding members: Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), ALRO, Electromagnetica, Franklin Templeton Management – Bucharest office, Hidroelectrica, Nuclearelectrica, Teraplast, Transelectrica, Cosmin Răduță and Tony Romani. Electrica, OMV Petrom, Antibiotice, Purcari, Idea Bank, BRK Financial Group, Banca Transilvania and Transgaz joined the community as Associate Members. INNOVA Project Consulting and ENVISIA became Affiliate Members.
About the Association for Investor Relations on the Romanian Stock Exchange (ARIR):
ARIR is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that has been established to provide current and potential issuers with a platform for investor relations (IR) professional development and to contribute to the implementation of best practices in the investor communication and in corporate governance.
