Zitec gets on the road with Regista caravan to accelerate the digitization of local authorities
Zitec, leader on the IT & digital marketing market in Romania, announces that it has started the Regista Caravan, aiming to promote the digitalization of public institutions in the country by directly presenting the Regista functionalities, a complete registration and document management application. Currently, the application is used in over 500 town halls and companies in 40 counties. This month, the Regista Caravan will be present in the counties of Mehedinți, Olt and Vâlcea.
At the same time, the Regista team announces that it will offer free consultancy for the integration of the Ghiseul.ro application, operated by the Romanian Digitalization Authority, in the public e-Government portal of the registered mayoralties. Thus, citizens can pay their taxes, duties or fines much easier, online and securely, directly on the website of the mayor’s office to which they belong. Fees and taxes can be paid both from the citizen’s user account and without authentication if the payment amounts are known. With regard to the payment of fines, this can be done without an account, with the information in the minutes, the confirmation of payment will be sent to the e-mail address.
To support the digitization process of public institutions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, reduce citizens’ travel to town halls and allow homework for civil servants, Zitec continues to offer local authorities three months of free license to activate Document Management and e-Guvernare modules of Regista.

The Regista application can be accessed from anywhere by civil servants or company employees, being available directly from the browser, without installation and with all the information stored securely in the Microsoft Azure cloud.
