More than 700,000 employees across 600 companies will transition from Revisal to REGES Online with the support of TotalSoft’s digital solutions. The automated process significantly streamlines and reduces the reporting effort to REGES Online
Charisma HCM Online, an integrated IT system developed by TotalSoft for human capital management, supports Romanian companies in their transition from the Revisal application to the new digital platform, REGES Online.
Designed to integrate with REGES Online, Charisma HCM Online simplifies the migration process, ensuring a smooth, fast, and accessible transition for HR professionals. They will benefit from full traceability and transparency of data transfers between the two systems.

As of October 1st, 2025, Revisal application will be permanently replaced by REGES Online, the new centralized digital platform for employee records. The transition to the online system introduces several benefits, including full digitalization by removing the desktop application, simplification of processes, transparency and direct employee access to their employment history, centralized data management, as well as reduced bureaucracy and better reporting accuracy.
Until October 1st, 2025, Revisal and REGES Online will run in parallel, except for the companies that have already migrated to the new platform. After this date, all reporting will be carried out only through the new digital platform, in accordance with Order No. 1107/2025, published in the Official Gazette on May 9th, 2025.
