TotalSoft exceeds EUR 46 million in 2025 and consolidates its presence in over 40 countries
The 2025 figures tell a story of business consistency. TotalSoft recorded EUR 46 million in turnover last year, marking an increase of approximately 25.7% compared to 2024 and investments of more than EUR 5 million in Charisma platform. For TotalSoft, these results are not only a financial confirmation, but also proof that the transition from software provider to global operations integration partner is already underway.
Financial performance: solid growth and sustained investments
The 2025 results reflect robust organic growth, supported by the consolidation of the Charisma platform as the company’s main revenue driver. 75% of turnover is generated by solutions included in Charisma suite, confirming the platform’s relevance for mid-market and enterprise companies operating in regulated and multi-country environments.
For the fourth consecutive year, the company maintained a level of investment in research and development of more than EUR 5 million, directed towards modernizing platform architecture, integrating Agentic AI capabilities, and expanding infrastructure for new industry verticals and geographical markets.
“2025 confirms that our growth model is the right one: we are investing consistently in the platform, building a global partner ecosystem, while consolidating our position in high complexity markets. Our objective is for 70% of revenues to be generated outside Romania, and this year’s results show that we are on the right track,” said Görkem Tursucu, CEO of TotalSoft.

International expansion and strategic directions for 2026
Internationally, TotalSoft is accelerating the development of a partner ecosystem across three strategic regions: DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), MENA (the Middle East and North Africa), and the Republic of Moldova. The growth model combines direct coverage for strategic accounts with a scalable network of commercial, services and technology partners — a model similar to that used by major international software vendors.

The role of these centres is to take over the regulatory and local compliance pressure from clients through a pre-configured global template, harmonised with the legislation of each market. Investments in cybersecurity and international certifications complete the growth agenda for the year ahead.
