Student Initiatives in Romania
In Romania, SoftServe collaborates with several universities and student associations, actively engaging in the training of future IT professionals. Additionally, SoftServe expanded the EduPro global educational program into Romania, launching an international framework for exchanging ideas and innovative teaching methods in higher education. The company also supports the ANIS Scholarships program, granting a Big Data scholarship to a university professor actively involved in educational development.
“Education remains a strategic priority for us. In 2025, we will focus even more on the continuous development of our colleagues and strengthening our partnerships with universities and student associations. We believe in a culture where continuous learning is essential for innovation and effective collaboration,” said Dorina Itu, Country Learning & Development Manager.
