With more than 300 employees, the technology hub Edenred Digital Center is the only one of its kind in Europe and a key pillar of the Edenred Group’s technology division. As Edenred has reinvented its business model by switching to 100% digital solutions, Edenred Digital Center has become a source of technological innovation, significantly contributing to the group’s positioning as a leader in digital innovation in the markets where it operates.
Edenred Digital Center delivers technological solutions for all business lines of the Edenred group, from employee benefits and engagement, mobility, to corporate payment solutions, serving 60 million beneficiaries in the 45 countries where the company is present. Among the products developed by Edenred Digital Center is the Edenred mobile application currently implemented globally, as well as payment solutions used in 27 countries and online partnerships with over 200 companies in 23 countries.

Edenred Digital Center continues to train young talents in the technology area
Since its launch five years ago, Edenred Digital Center has grown from 20 to 300 employees, and the goal is to expand the team further.

Edenred Digital Center has developed a series of partnerships with universities that aim to develop the educational offer in relation to the needs of the labor market and internship programs, trainings and mentoring programs for graduates, which give them the opportunity to develop a career in the field, together with Edenred Digital Center. One such program is the EdenTech Graduate Program, through which the Edenred Digital Center continues to train young talents in the technology industry for more than two years.
