Lucian Enaru will take the lead of Schneider Electric Romania and the Republic of Moldova

Lucian Enaru, currently sales director at Schneider Electric Romania, will take the lead of Schneider Electric Romania and the Republic of Moldova as of February this year. The appointment comes at the end of the Marius Persinaru‘s 4-year term. The former GM will engage in personal projects in agrobusiness, management consultancy and strategic leadership.

Marius Persinaru led the business development of the Schneider Electric Romania, following his management and leadership experience developed in the past two decades, within leading international companies, both in Romania and globally a period of transformation,” says Marius Persinaru. “My role was to structure the organization in a new regional context and in a moment of industry redefinition. This led
to the consolidation of the team and the creation of a solid organizational culture, capable of adapting and supporting the global strategic transformation. I believe that during these four years we have developed the local organization, and now, when he is in another stage and has a new set of goals, Lucian is the right man to carry on the Schneider Electric plans.

Lucian Enaru will take over as General Manager after 13 years in the Schneider Electric team. Over the years, Lucian has held various positions in sales and marketing, most recently as Sales Director. The new position represents a recognition of the achievements and professional experience gained and an opportunity to implement a new strategic direction of the business of over 70 million Euro.
