Genpact expands footprint in Iași, Romania and says it creates 1000 jobs

Genpact announced the opening of our new collaboration hub in Iași, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey, but also bringing a wave of opportunities to the region.

The company is set to generate 1000 jobs across diverse sectors, including finance, risk management, sales and commercial services, IT support, data analytics, and content moderation.  

“This hub is not just a place; it’s a symbol of our commitment to the region, our dedication to creating job opportunities in Iași and remote areas of Romania, and our relentless pursuit of fostering collaboration and innovation,” Genpact’s announcement stated.  

At the new facility, remote employees will have the chance to meet face-to-face with their managers and colleagues, attend workshops, training sessions, and a variety of social events aimed at enhancing team integration, connection, and collaboration. It will also serve as a hub for meetings with our valued clients, partners, university representatives, students, and more.
