Webhelp has had its best year since inception and will continue investing in people and technology in 2023
Webhelp, one of the largest global providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, with operations in more than 60 countries and approximately 120,000 employees globally, has recorded, this year, the highest growth in business so far, it has added new clients to its portfolio and expanded its team.
Webhelp also won over 50 industry-leading awards in 2022, was recognized as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Customer Service BPO, and received top scores from the Everest Group for customer experience worldwide.
During the year, Webhelp expanded its operations to 24 locations in six new countries – Thailand, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ghana, Israel, North Macedonia and China. In addition, the company inaugurated 18 new centers in existing locations in the US, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and EMEA.
At the same time, Webhelp saw significant growth in its client portfolio in 2022, onboarding more than 240 new clients globally and adding more than 25,000 people to the organization. In line with increased demand, Webhelp has continued to support hybrid and remote working through the Webhelp Anywhere platform and methodology to provide customers with flexibility and scalability and to meet the ever-evolving preferences of employees on how to work.

Webhelp has successfully completed a number of notable acquisitions and strategic investments, including the acquisition of Grupo Services in Latin America, Brazil’s leading digital experience provider. Also in EMEA, Webhelp joined forces with Uitblinqers to strengthen its position in the Dutch market and made additional investments with Gobeyond Partners, creating a Nudge practice – a strategic unit that leverages behavioral economics to help organizations to achieve the best possible results by influencing customer behavior.

Webhelp has also focused on strengthening its sustainability and environmental and social governance (ESG) practices. Thus, 12% of its workforce has been hired through an award-winning, high-impact recruitment program that includes the employment of disadvantaged youth, initiatives to reintegrate women into the workforce and an ecosystem that supports the employment of migrants and refugees. This year, Webhelp also partnered with SGS, the leading certification company, in a long-term initiative to protect the health and well-being of those on the front line.
