Over 900 public institutions and companies in Romania, digitized through the Regista e-Government application

Regista, national leader of electronic registration and e-Government applications, announces that more than 100 new institutions and companies have opted to implement the application’s modules in the first half of the year. Thus, Regista currently counts over 900 clients, and maintains its goal of digitizing, by the end of the year, more than 1000 public institutions and local companies.
In addition to the increase in the number of clients, the Regista team succeeded in diversifying the structure of the portfolio, so that currently, in addition to the main segment consisting of Territorial Administrative Units, it has also developed other market segments, such as medical units or lower and higher education institutions . Thus, currently among the public institutions that benefit from the Regista application are: “Doctor Carol Davila” Nephrology Clinical Hospital in Bucharest, Brașov County Emergency Clinical Hospital, Ploiești Municipal Hospital, Aiud Municipal Hospital, but also the Bucharest Technical University of Constructions, Iași County School Inspectorate, Grigore Moisil Theoretical High School from Timișoara or Prahova County School Inspectorate.
“We have reached an important threshold in our digitization efforts of local institutions and companies, which confirms our efforts and motivates us to come up with new innovative solutions. We will continue to focus on diversifying our client portfolio, so that the Regista solution can also be used in hospitals, schools or universities, where the reduction of bureaucracy, the efficiency of the way employees work and the interaction with citizens are equally important. We believe that digitization can be done more easily from the bottom up, from small communities, where the decision makers are closer to the citizens. For them, we are preparing to launch new functionalities this autumn”, said Alexandru Lăpușan, Director General of Regista Digital SA.
The role of the application is to automate and streamline the activity of public institutions through the modules of electronic registration, document management and e-Government. Thus, the Registry facilitates both optimal communication between the departments of an institution, as well as between officials and citizens, for a quick and much more organized resolution of requests.
Currently, over 900 public public institutions and companies from all counties of Romania have improved their work processes and reduced bureaucracy with the help of Regista. More than 46,000 users use the Regista applications daily, which have registered more than 24 million documents, respectively 40,000 requests, such as forms, notifications or various appointments and hearings.
At the same time, the Regista team optimized the “Online Scheduling Module” to make it easy to use in the activity of institutions and private companies, Thus, the module is fully adapted to their requirements, the institutions that use it having the possibility to configure it according to their needs.
The Regista platform is developed by Zitec, a leader on the IT & digital marketing market in Romania, specialized in the development of digital transformation solutions and services, and is owned and operated by SC Regista Digital SA since August 2021.
