DigiSinergy invests 600,000 euros and launches Dynamic Sales, ERP-CRM application that automates business processes
DigiSinergy, Romanian software developer, completes an investment of 600,000 euros in launching the ERP-CRM Dynamic Sales application, which automates the operational processes in companies and contributes to increasing sales, by reducing / streamlining the time allocated to unproductive activities.
Dynamic Sales automates processes, both on sales and supply flows and on the company’s accounting flows. The application developed by DigiSinergy is of private cloud type and can be accessed, safely, from any type of device. It is based on the use of a series of robots (software applications that learn automatically) that take over a large part of operational tasks, reducing working time by 70% – 95%, in many cases, fully automating processes without requiring human intervention 99% of the time.
Dynamic Sales uses modern technologies (RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence), as well as proprietary algorithms, resulting in an ultramodern hyperautomation solution that can be customized quickly and at low cost, thus having a major advantage over other applications.
“Dynamic Sales addresses that segment of customers who want to modernize their business, but do not know exactly how. Dynamic Sales addresses, in particular, the more visionary entrepreneurs, those who believe that most of the company’s processes can be automated. Dynamic Sales offers them ideas and solutions for automating the main activities of the company, from administrative to sales and supply. Dynamic Sales is with those who understand that digitalization is one of the pillars of a solid business, but they do not necessarily have a concrete idea on how to reach the desired result “, says Natalia Lepădatu, co-founder of DigiSinergy.
The launch of Dynamic Sales takes place in the context of the growing interest of the business environment for efficiency solutions. Managers and entrepreneurs are becoming increasingly aware that their and companies’ performance depends on the implementation of new digital technologies. According to Gartner, worldwide, 90% of large companies will apply RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies in one form or another by the end of the year, the market will exceed the value of 4.3 billion dollars, at a rate annual growth rate of 33% by 2029.
Also, the global ERP market is estimated to grow from $ 50.3 billion at the end of 2021 to $ 93.3 billion in 2028, with an annual growth rate of 9.2%, according to a Fortune Business Insights study. And the growth of this market is generated by the growing demand for accessible and efficient solutions from companies, in their quest to improve operational processes.
“The trend is the same in Romania. Large organizations, especially multinationals, have already implemented RPA processes, and medium and small organizations are increasingly open to implementing RPA. The percentage increase is high, because we start from a small number of organizations that had already implemented RPA applications in early 2022. Business needs have changed and generate new demands for either functionality or process automation. These new requirements are a challenge for legacy applications, built on technologies that do not keep up with the changes coming from the market “, says Natalia Lepădatu.
She added that the demand for ERP solutions will increase significantly in the next period, especially due to the possibility of financing of CRM, ERP solutions and custom software through PNRR, which will activate a latent segment of entrepreneurs who do not have the courage (or vision) to invest in their own business.
How will the local market of ERP-CRM solutions evolve
Regarding the evolution of the local market of ERP-CRM solutions, DigiSinergy specialists estimate, for this year, a 30% increase in the need for such solutions, and an orientation towards applications with a high degree of automation for companies that have a strategy. of consistent growth. Such solutions will be adopted, mainly, in areas where a large amount of data is processed, such as banking, audit-accounting, insurance, but also by distribution companies and those that operate online stores, where there are large quantities. data to be processed on both the supply and sales flows.
