Polish Asseco acquires Romanian company Bithat Solutions

ASEE, the largest IT company in Southeast Europe, part of ASEE Group (Asseco Group), continues to expand and makes a new strategic investment in document management solutions by joining forces with Bithat, one of the leading local players in the field. digitization and automation of data, documents and business processes.

The common goal, pursued by the two majority shareholders, ASEE and Bithat, is to accelerate the development of existing solutions and new services dedicated to customers in Romania and the EEA region. Bithat is the developer of its own document management platform – DMS DOCUMENT, electronic archiving, automation of data and document flows, e-Sign, e-Registry, BPM, OCR and Robotic Process Automation, implemented for over 10 years on the Romanian market.
