SII Romania obtains the Great Place To Work® certification

SII Romania, a multinational company specialized in IT and Engineering services and solutions, has obtained the Great Place To Work® certification, awarded globally to the organizations most appreciated by employees. The certification attests to the fact that the work environment and organizational culture of SII Romania are valued by the employees, and they have a constant positive experience at work.

Over 77% of SII Romania employees completed the Trust Index © questionnaire, which is the basis for obtaining the Great Place To Work® certification. 81% of them said that the work environment is one they trust, while over 80% appreciated the company as an excellent job. Thus, the results recorded by SII Romania place the organization with more than 16% above the global average of the companies audited by the organization Great Place To Work®. At the same time, SII Romania employees stated that the main advantages offered by the company are: work environment, fairness, flexibility, resources and competence.
