Valoris’ DNA is all about adapting and new opportunities are highly expected and appreciated
For Valoris Center, 2021 marks the 15th anniversary of the company. As one of the most successful local outsourcing company, Valoris states that the last 15 years were focused on making a positive impact on each client business.
The anniversary is bringing up memories about how everything started in 2006. For the local start-up, young people, boundless enthusiasm and dedication seemed the best approach back then and it still is nowadays.
We overcame some challenges along the way. Even the Covid-19 pandemic managed to become an opportunity, as remote work increased the level of flexibility for the pool of human resources available.
With a team of more than 700 people, working now from all over the country, Valoris Center operations support customers all over the word. Along with the quality of services offered, flexibility has always been a differentiator for Valoris. This is why top companies from different industries choose Valoris for long time partnerships.
We are proud for having customers and employees with us for over 10 years, some even from the start. A significant part of the management team started their careers in the company and have been involved in the expansion process all the way.
The company started as a contact center provider and is now an integrated BPO business, a center of competences where customers can bundle up all the solutions they need for their CX strategy. No matter where they are in the customer journey process, Valoris is ready to take on and adapt to specific needs. Being able to manage 8 foreign languages, 24/7 coverage and skills developed from millions of interactions, Valoris recently introduced the video onboarding service into its portfolio, as a natural response to the new requirements from the market.
For the future, we anticipate many opportunities to arise for Valoris. 2020 was marked by the key purpose to start integrating RPA into our main activities. With the digital transformation being accelerated these days, automation plans are ongoing and remain a top priority for the following period.
With three operational offices in Romania the next step is opening a branch in the Eastern European region. The expansion planes are reinforced by the continuously need for larger coverage in this region.
How will the next 15 years look? Based on recent events, technology is now an important part of our lives so the future will bring developments in many areas. Valoris DNA is all about adapting, so new opportunities are highly expected and appreciated.
