Cognizant Softvision launches new recruiting initiative in Romania

• Leading software product engineering company enables employees to work from their location of choice
• New flexible workplace concept allows employees to work anywhere within Romania, including remote from home or in one of Cognizant Softvision’s five design Studios throughout the country
• New initiative looks to fill 200+ technology and software product engineering roles, specifically around Java, JavaScript, DevOps, QA Automation, .NET, among others

Cognizant Softvision, one of Romania’s largest technology employers, recently announced a new initiative that enables current and future employees in Romania to work anywhere in the country. Cognizant Softvision is providing all employees the flexibility to work in one of Cognizant Softvision’s five existing software design Studios, remote from home, or wherever they are most comfortable.

This initiative embodies the companies’ Employee Value Proposition, “The Place To Be, Now and Beyond.” This new, flexible work concept is expected to open opportunities for employment with Cognizant Softvision to a broader range of individuals by removing any limitations related to commute time, or other challenges due to geography, as the company looks to staff 200+ technology and software product engineering roles.

Cognizant Softvision recently reached 2,000 employees in Romania, and operates studios in Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Baia Mare, and Timisoara.
