Simple Capital announces investment in DIP Software, a fintech solutions startup

Simple Capital, the private investment vehicle founded by Andrei Pitiș, announces the investment in DIP Software, part of the strategy to support Romanian technology products. Simple Capital takes over 10% of the company shares, and Andrei Pitiș will act as an adviser for the management team to accelerate global development.
