Enterprise RPA leads the Romanian DRUID technology in hyper-automation projects in Great Britain
DRUID, a company specializing in the development of intelligent virtual assistants (chatobts), announces the signing of a partnership with Enterprise RPA, one of the leaders in solutions and services for hyper-automation of business processes through robots in the UK. Through this partnership, Enterprise RPA will sell and implement conversational robots developed on DRUID technology in industries such as Housing, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, Finance or Construction, to large organizations in the UK.
Automation and conversational technologies are increasingly present in digital transformation projects, helping departments maximize productivity, reduce costs and, most importantly, relieve people of time-consuming activities. Enterprise RPA enables organizations to automate manual and repetitive processes, helping to increase efficiency and improve productivity with the help of “digital workers”. Through the “Engage at any Stage” methodology, Enterprise RPA can quickly connect organizations in various stages of process automation, through robots, directly into hyper-automation projects.
“We are excited to have an implementation partner in the UK as Enterprise RPA, a leader in smart business process hyper-automation solutions. By combining Enterprise RPA expertise with DRUID conversational technology, we can add efficiency and value to UK organizations,” says Irina Dochiţu, Partner Account Manager, DRUID.
“We believe this partnership will develop our deployment capabilities with superior conversational technology to help our clients realize the benefits of smart virtual assistants seamlessly integrated into their employees’ workflows,” said Sam Boulton, Account Director, Enterprise RPA.
Through the DRUID platform, Enterprise RPA will support UK companies to design and implement conversational feeds and governance programs, accessible through numerous communication channels, such as MS Teams, Skype, Facebook Messenger, Slack or corporate websites. Standard chatbots, which include hundreds of pre-configured conversational templates on roles, processes and industries, are ready for a quick launch into production, regardless of the deployment scenario – cloud, hybrid or client infrastructure.
The first conversational automation solution dedicated to the Housing industry, based on the technologies of the two companies, will be launched during the Housing 2020 Virtual Festival. The event takes place between September 7-11 and gathers every year over 8500 participants, 250 experts, dozens of workshops and exhibitors, in the most important profile fair in Great Britain.
