Endava Romania, the British software company present on the local market, with 7 delivery centers, reported a revenue of 647.7 million RON in the financial year that ended on 31 December 2019, a 29% growth compared to the previous year. The company also reported a net profit of 62 million RON 24% up from the previous year.
This growth was the result of continuously developing the existing delivery centers in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Pitesti, Targu Mures, but also by opening new ones, in Brasov and Timisoara, and developing new delivery capabilities focused on data, CRM and cloud.
The Romanian delivery teams are collaborating with clients from the payments and financial services area, TMT (Technology, media and telecom), FMCG, logistics, but also with most of the Endava’s global support services.
Starting with 2018 Endava became a strategic partner of Bain&Company, by combining Bain’s management consultancy services with Endava’s latest technology of enterprise delivery services and from 2019, Endava also became FinTech Alliance main partner.
On the local market, the company continues to focus on developing programs with the technology communities and to support the strategic partnerships created in the last couple of years with all the technical universities located across Endava’s delivery centers.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic globally arose, the company’s priority was to ensure health and wellbeing for all the employees and their families, working along with its clients to adapt to this new context, to secure the employees’ jobs and to back up the revenues in these times of crisis.
So far, almost 100% of Endava’s employees are working from home, as a result of excellent data infrastructure provided to all the cities in which the company is being present, and all the activities regarding recruiting, onboarding, and training are now taking place exclusively online.
