Druid and Namirial announce technological partnership through which employees will be able to electronically sign documents through DRUID chatbots
Druid, a company specialized in developing intelligent virtual assistants (chatbots) for companies, announces the signing of a technological partnership with Namirial, one of the global leaders in digital transaction management. Through this partnership, employees will be able to electronically sign documents through Druid chatbots, regardless of whether they work from the company’s headquarters or at home.
By integrating Namirial, the electronic signature of a digital document can be done directly through the chatbot, in any signing scenario, such as: at the point of sale, at the point of providing technical service, employees on the move, or employees working from home. The
chatbot will automatically apply to the digital document the type of electronic signature specific to the internal flow, role and rights of the employee (simple electronic signature, advanced electronic signature or qualified electronic signature). The digital documents are subsequently filed electronically, bearing timestamps, fully respecting both the Romanian and the European legislation in force.
Thus, a company can provide its employees a simple decision tool, available on any mobile, through which key processes within the organization can be digitized: enrolling clients, signing employment contracts according to the new ITM regulations, concluding contracts with clients or suppliers, approving internal flows of requests for holidays, settlements, declarations, punctures – all in a conversational way, directly through chatbots. According to the new measures approved by the Romanian Government, once electronically signed, the requests of natural or legal persons will be sent online to public institutions. Documents in electronic format bearing a qualified electronic signature will be assimilated to official documents, as enabled by law.
The electronic signature will be available to all DRUID chatbots. Cristina, the Human Resources chatbot, has already been adapted with
simplified approval flows for managers, daily telematic activity evaluation reports, generating an employer declaration to facilitate travel in the state of emergency. All internal documents such as leave requests, punctures, settlements, warnings,
employment contracts, can be signed in digital format directly through the Cristina chatbot. The chatbot dedicated to managers, Ana, allows the signing of contracts with clients and suppliers, of investment budgets, of operating budgets, of employment contracts – by applying the qualified electronic signature.
“When a document has to be signed by several people who are physically at different addresses, printing on paper, signing it and courier are simply no longer viable. We offer all clients the opportunity to sign the necessary documents in electronic format, perfectly legal, anytime, anywhere, through any device connected to the Internet. The introduction of the electronic signature shows our speed of adaptation to the new context caused by the COVID-19 virus,” says Liviu Drăgan, CEO DRUID.
“Namirial services comply with all the Romanian legal regulations in force, as well as the EU Regulation on electronic identities and digital signatures (eIDAS). We also comply with the Anti-Money Laundering (AMLD) Directives. DRUID can now offer, in a conversational way, end-to-end customer enrollment processes. Clients can be identified by a remote video session, which includes the verification of identity documents, the remote issuance of a qualified certificate (if necessary) and the signing of documents, thus completing a registration process in maximum 10 minutes,” says Adrian Dinculescu, Namirial Partnership & Alliance Manager.
