Zitec will deliver solutions for digitization of over 500 city halls in Romania through Regista
In the context of the pandemic caused by the new coronavirus, Zitec, IT & digital marketing solutions provider in Romania, announces that it will provide free access to two modules of the Registry application and the Regista document management. Thus, non-digitized public institutions can request three months of free license for the Document Management and e-Government modules. Through this action, Zitec aims to encourage the authorities to electronically register the documents and applications submitted by citizens and receive online notifications, to avoid crowding, limit queues formed at their headquarters or eliminate the need for a visit.
Regista is a product in the segment of registration and document management applications in local public administration, currently helping to streamline and digitize the internal activity of over 500 public institutions and companies in 40 counties in the country. To date, the application has over 9,000 users and over 7 million documents have been registered.
The application can be accessed from anywhere by civil administrators or employees of companies, being available directly from the browser, without installation and with all the information stored securely in the Microsoft Azure cloud.
“In this period when social distance is recommended as a method of prevention, it is very important to reduce the bureaucracy and agglomeration of public and private institutions as much as possible, and the communication between them and citizens be carried out electronically. Thus, each citizen will be able to send requests or make notifications to the institution of direct proximity from home, online, without having to go to its headquarters. We encourage all institutions to rely on our team, which will provide them with the necessary assistance and the right solutions to overcome this period,” said Alexandru Lăpușan, CEO and co-founder of Zitec.
