Andreea Mihnea joins the eMAG management team and takes on the role of VP of People

eMAG Group appoints Andreea Mihnea as Vice President People, a key role in the strategic development of the organization’s talent in the context of a dynamic labor market.

Andreea will coordinate the HR processes and operations of the eMAG Group companies, including the largest e-commerce platform in the region, eMAG, the online fashion retailer Fashion Days, the online hypermarket Freshful, the Romanian express courier company Sameday Delivery and the repair shop Depanero.

With over 20 years of experience, Andreea has coordinated and implemented extensive organizational development and cultural transformation programs in various sectors of activity. She has held national, regional and global roles in IT, financial and professional services, consulting, consumer goods, both in multinational and family-owned companies.

Andreea Mihnea has a diverse academic background, which combines a humanistic perspective with business expertise. Andreea is a humanities graduate, later completing her education with programs in management, finance and strategy, and recently completed postgraduate studies in board management, thus strengthening her skills necessary for executive-level leadership roles.
