Modular Services, an outsourcing company, doubling its office space up to 1,300 sqm in Palas Iași and preparing an extensive recruitment process

Modular Services, an outsourcing company specializing in IT, financial, and cybersecurity operations, expanded its office premises in the United Business Center 3 (UBC 3) building in Palas Iași. The international company has thus doubled its leased area, now occupying 1,300 sqm across two floors. The expansion comes as a result of Modular Services being in the process of growing its team by approximately 70 new specialists in the next 6 months.

The expansion of the operations in Palas is part of the company’s strategy to invest in locations providing access to well-trained young professionals, modern infrastructure, as well as high-performance workspaces. The specialists in the UBC 3 offices work for international projects and cover several types of businesses, such as: developing automation apps and solutions, digital transformation projects, Artificial Intelligence, infrastructure, cloud and IT security management and operation, process optimization, e-billing, financial transactions and reporting, technical and IT support for service delivery.

The Modular Services team currently includes more than 230 employees in their Iași, Bacău, and Bucharest locations, and the company estimates that the team will onboard another 70-plus new specialist in the next six months. The upcoming job openings will be in areas such as technical support, AI & Data, app development, cybersecurity, financial and operational processes, project management, and operational coordination. In the long term, the company plans to grow the teams upwards of 300 specialists in order to support the ever-increasing international demand for IT and outsourcing services, particularly in the legal business services area.
