Wizrom Software achieves integration with the REGES Online system: companies can get rid of the effort of manual reporting with the help of WizOne HR
Companies in Romania have a fully automated solution for reporting in the new REGES Online system, which becomes mandatory from September 30, 2025. Wizrom Software, one of the oldest local providers of IT solutions for business, has passed the technical assessment and subsequently obtained certification from the REGES Online team for the integration of the WizOne HR platform with the new REGES, the official application through which the state keeps track of employment contracts and personnel changes.
This certification regarding the interoperability of WizOne HR with the REGES Online system (General Register of Employees) comes at a key moment: by the end of this month, all companies in Romania are required to transmit data on employees and contracts directly into this system, otherwise being exposed to fines applied by the ITM.
The new REGES application – operated exclusively online – requires rigorous management of employee data, and the lack of an automated solution means hours of manual work, complicated procedures and high risks of error. The system involves the digital operationalization of a growing number of employee-related processes – including the registration of sick leave, a recently added activity. With WizOne HR, Wizrom clients are completely relieved of this burden – the system automatically takes over all changes and transmits them directly to the authorities’ platform.

The new REGES Online system, launched by the Territorial Labor Inspectorate (ITM), replaces the old REGES 2011 and involves exclusively digital interaction with the national database on labor relations. The application works through an API – a digital interface that allows external applications, such as WizOne HR, to communicate directly with the state platform. The integration allows the transmission and updating of all information about employees and contracts in real time, without the need for manual uploads or redundant operations.
WizOne HR is already available to Wizrom customers and can be adopted even by companies that have previously connected to REGES Online through their own methods.
