Allianz-Țiriac Asigurări ranks among top employers in Romania in terms of work environment and experiences offered to its team. The company received the Great Place To Work™ certification for the second year in a row.

Additionally, for the first time, all Allianz companies in the Central European region, including Allianz-Țiriac, have received the Great Place To Work certification.

The recognition is awarded by Great Place To Work®, a prestigious global authority in certifying employers for their workplace culture, the experiences they offer employees, their leadership that drives sustainable performance, the team retention initiatives, and innovation in human resources practices. The distinction awarded to Allianz-Țiriac is based on anonymous employee feedback and an independent analysis of the organizational culture, evaluating aspects such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and team spirit.
