European Commission discusses the future of digital transformation at Next Generation Internet Forum 2025, on June 19-20
The Next Generation Internet (NGI) Forum 2025, organised by the European Commission, is the leading event to discuss the future of Europe’s digital transformation. It brings together innovators, policymakers, researchers and citizens to shape an open, inclusive and sovereign digital ecosystem.
This edition coincides with a political transition in the EU: as the Polish Presidency of the EU Council concludes and Denmark’s Presidency begins in July 2025. Denmark’s upcoming priorities – digital resilience, green transitions, and digital competitiveness – align strongly with the NGI mission and discussions at the Forum.
