Ecofinance in Romania recorded a 25% portfolio growth in 2024

Ecofinance, known to customers under the CreditPrime brand in Romania, demonstrated stable growth in 2024. Total sales in Romania increased by 24%, while the total portfolio registered a 25% increase compared to the previous year. The company continues to consolidate its market position, supported by both new and recurring customers.
The number of new customers increased by 15%, and returning customers contributed to a 40% increase, demonstrating a high level of trust and engagement. The number of withdrawals also increased by 24%, providing users with easier access to available funds.
“Our constant growth reflects the trust and loyalty of our customers. We are committed to providing value through investments in innovation and technology, which has allowed us to significantly improve the user experience,” says Andrei Răducan, CEO of Ecofinance Romania.
In 2024, several changes were implemented, including real-time automatic detection of phone answers, which prioritizes calls made by real people and ensures faster resolution of customer requests. Another significant improvement is the partnership with Druid, a virtual assistant that provides 24/7 customer support and guidance, reducing the number of requests requiring support team intervention by 40%.
“It is not common for a company to achieve double-digit growth after the first few years of activity. However, Ecofinance Romania marked eight years of operations last year, demonstrating that, through a dedicated team, strong commitment and strategic use of technology, continued success is possible,” said Rucsandra Larisa Stanciu, CEO of Ecofinance Group.
The goals for this year are to improve the customer service experience and provide even more convenient access to funds. Future initiatives include: developing open banking solutions, introducing a loyalty program, optimizing the mobile app experience, to continue offering innovation and services focused on customer needs.
