Global Motion Marathon – a global celebration On the occasion of the anniversary of five years of activity, UiPath Foundation organized Global Motion Marathon, an international event that brought together over 200 UiPath employees, united by the desire to transform movement into good deeds. From hiking in the United States to running sessions in India and a ping-pong championship in Romania, each step generated a real impact, supporting children from disadvantaged communities.
By purchasing marathon kits, participants directly contributed to funding scholarships that give children a chance for a better future. Future Plans
Over the next five years, the UiPath Foundation aims to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into its educational programs and explore new ways to support education through technology. In the middle of this year, the foundation will launch an AI Curriculum, developed in partnership with the App Inventor Foundation.
The goal of this initiative is to provide children from disadvantaged backgrounds, and beyond, with access to essential knowledge and skills for the future, preparing them for the challenges and opportunities of an ever-changing world. The curriculum will be available free of charge to teachers, parents, and organizations, ensuring open access to all interested parties.
“These five years have been about building a foundation model that implements its own educational programs, carefully designed to meet the real needs of children in vulnerable communities. This was possible thanks to the constant support of UiPath, the UiPath Foundation team, the dedicated volunteers, trusted partners and donors who have supported us on this journey. We thank the children who allow us to be with them on their journey towards a future where they can fulfill their potential. We want to continue to create partnerships for impact that will support children,” said Cătălina Rață, Executive Director of UiPath Foundation.
Volunteering at UiPath Foundation

In five years, approximately 600 volunteers have accumulated over 24,000 hours of involvement, supporting activities that directly impact the lives of children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
