Global technology leaders on stage at GoTech World 2024: Emerging trends and breakthrough innovations
GoTech World, the largest B2B expo-conference with IT and digital solutions in Central and Eastern Europe, will this year have more than 40 world-renowned speakers from leading technological fields, who will take to the 11 dedicated stages. They will debate the latest trends in the field, addressing a variety of industry topics.

The concept of this year’s edition of GoTech World represents an expansion of the theme proposed last year – participants will have the opportunity to explore various perspectives on the ways in which the future of society is shaped by emerging technologies that go beyond the scope of artificial intelligence. These topics, among others, will be presented by numerous world-renowned experts, who will share their knowledge with visitors taking part in the sessions on each stage.
At the same time, the 13th edition of GoTech World comes with news for the public – two new stages will be part of the structure of the event, being relevant to current trends in technology – Build.AI Stage, dedicated to developers who want to receive clear guidance on using AI to improve application development or to create their own AI, and the Software Architecture Stage, where developers will be able to learn more about the architectures that will support the next generation of digital solutions. Moreover, the Digital Marketing & e-Commerce Stage returns this year, with topics of interest to marketers from all industries.

Olga Ivina, Global Head of Data Science at Microsoft. With over 18 years of experience in five countries, Olga has held various positions in a variety of fields, from research to leading large AI companies. In fact, she declares herself passionate about the collaboration between humans and AI and supports the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence. Liza Denzer, AI-Lab Lead in Space Exploration at the European Space Agency (ESA), leads the development of next-generation AI technologies to push the limits of human and robotic space exploration missions. It manages the Erasmus Innovation Center at ESA, promoting space initiatives and facilitating international research aboard the International Space Station (ISS).
Sanae Boukhana, Global Head of Digital Marketing at DHL Express. With over nine years of experience in Europe, Asia and North Africa, Sanae has established herself as a dynamic force in the marketing world, where she has led impactful international campaigns and projects, consistently pushing boundaries and setting new standards. Shane Faulkner, Sustainability Manager at KPMG, has over 13 years of experience leading sustainability initiatives. An expert in strategy and project management, he is known for reducing his carbon footprint and promoting sustainable practices. Shane focuses on ethical sourcing, reducing environmental impact and building resilient and transparent supply chains. Emmanuel Kessler, Head of Prevention & Outreach at Europol’s Cybercrime Center (EC3) since 2020, leads public-private partnerships and prevention campaigns in the field. He previously coordinated international cooperation in France’s cybercrime unit. With over 10 years of experience, he has helped dismantle ransomware groups such as Ragnar Locker and LockBit.
Sebastian Wieczorek, Vice President AI Technology at SAP, oversees products such as SAP AI Core and Data Intelligence. A seasoned entrepreneur, he previously led SAP’s web engineering research team and launched AI ethics initiatives. Sebastian advises the European Commission and the German Ministry of Education and Research on AI and data science, focusing on the business potential of GenAI. Francesco Sciuti, CEO of Devmy and Google Developer Expert, Microsoft MVP, has extensive experience in both frontend and backend web development, is passionate about new technologies and is constantly updating his skills. Francesco also supports various youth initiatives such as the CoderDojo Foundation and is passionate about sharing knowledge through mentorship and community involvement.

Danny Higler, Booking.com’s Senior Agile Coach with over 20 years of IT experience specializing in Agile, DevOps and AI integration, focuses on transformation strategies and high performing teams. Danny applies a systems thinking approach to aligning technological and cultural changes with business objectives and provides insights into the sustainable integration of AI while maintaining a balance with human expertise.
