IT Integrator Aliant Strengthens Its Position and Offers Accessible SaaS Business Solutions Through the Acquisition of SoftPepper, a Provider of Modular BPM Solutions
Romanian company Aliant, an IT solutions integrator and leader in providing Hyper Automation and Managed Print Services solutions, announces the acquisition of 67% of SoftPepper, a player in Romania’s business software development market, known for its modular BPM platform and innovative Ticketing, CRM, and ERP solutions.
The acquisition of SoftPepper represents a strategic step in Aliant’s plan to solidify its position in the IT market and expand its product portfolio with more comprehensive and customized innovative solutions.
