Dentsu announces 7 key regional appointments to accelerate growth and client-centricity
Dentsu Southeast Europe announces today key appointments within its Regional Management Team aimed at accelerating growth and driving its transformation to an agile, client centric One Dentsu organization. The new appointments underpin dentsu’s ambition to build highly integrated, people-centered, end-to-end solutions while putting innovation at the heart of everything dentsu delivers for clients, stimulating their top line growth and supporting transformation objectives.
Dentsu Southeast Europe operates in 11 countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia and Republica of Moldova.
Key appointments with extended responsibilities
Radoslav Nedelchev becomes Chief Client Officer, dentsu Central & Eastern Europe
In addition to his current roles as Chief Client Officer dentsu Southeast Europe (SEE) and Country Manager dentsu Romania, Radoslav Nedelchev will now also serve as Chief Client Officer dentsu Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). In this expanded role, Radoslav will scale dentsu’s integrated offering across key CEE clients, aligning with the company’s commitment to driving growth through impactful innovation. He will leverage the collective strengths of transformative creativity, media, data, and technology.
Vjeko Srednoselec becomes Growth Officer, dentsu Southeast Europe
In addition to his role as Chief Operating Officer dentsu Croatia, Vjeko Srednoselec has been appointed Growth Officer for dentsu Southeast Europe (SEE). In this new role, he will drive growth initiatives and enhance collaboration across brands and teams to uncover market opportunities, propelling both dentsu Southeast Europe and its clients towards the next phase of growth. Vjeko will also play a pivotal role in leading the transformation and integration of our Media and Creative Practices to foster growth.
Marian Petcu becomes Strategy Officer, dentsu Southeast Europe
This new role will strengthen dentsu’s ability to offer unique advantages and achieve optimal growth outcomes for its clients by leveraging its integrated media, customer experience, creative, and business transformation capabilities. Petcu will elevate the strategic output of client teams across Southeast Europe through dentsu’s network of media agencies, including Carat, iProspect, and dentsuX. Marian will unify key specializations within dentsu, such as Insight, Strategy, and Media Effectiveness, and align the expertise and capabilities from all around the region.
Cosmin Cojocaru becomes Media Practice Lead, dentsu Southeast Europe
In this role, Cojocaru will lead dentsu’s Media Practice, focusing on building a winning community that consistently delivers excellence to clients and drives their growth and transformation. He will collaborate closely with the media teams of Carat, iProspect, and dentsuX to facilitate scaled client growth across Southeast Europe. Cojocaru will continue to fulfill his current responsibilities as Group Planning Director for Dentsu Romania.
Marius Tianu becomes Creative Practice Lead, dentsu Southeast Europe
In this role leading Dentsu Southeast Europe’s Creative practice, Tianu will drive expertise to unlock the full potential of Dentsu’s Creative capabilities and impact across all practice areas. He will spearhead the go-to-market brand proposition of Dentsu Creative and nurture market practitioners in creative, planning, innovation, and design to build a strong community. Alongside establishing a world-class creative practice, Marius will set the creative standard and reinforce dentsu’s creative philosophy and culture across all practices in Southeast Europe. He will continue to serve as Group Creative Director in addition to these new responsibilities.
Vessela Kotseva becomes Commercial Director, dentsu Southeast Europe
In this role, Kotseva will leverage her media and client management expertise, along with her leadership skills, to accelerate dentsu’s ongoing growth across Southeast Europe. She will focus on building a strong, high-performance culture and driving growth for our clients’ businesses. With her extensive experience in commercial positioning, Vessela will ensure effective investments, as well as the development and scaling of media products.
Milena Mishineva becomes Data & Product Strategy Director, dentsu Southeast Europe
In this role, Mishineva will oversee all of dentsu’s client-facing, data-driven analytics and technology-enabled products and platforms. She will drive cross-practice and product collaboration, standardization, and automation of services, foster external partnerships, and spearhead innovation to ensure sustainable growth for clients across the Southeast Europe region.
