OVES Enterprise acquires a minority stake in MXT Creation and enters a new field of activity: the production of printed circuit boards

The presence in this new market comes as a result of an investment of more than 300,000 euros in the last two years in prototyping and testing equipment and software licenses

OVES Enterprise, a Romanian software development and drone manufacturing company, announces the expansion of its activity by entering the field of printed electronic boards (embedded hardware) production. This strategic decision responds to the growing demand for integrated and customized technological solutions in sectors such as defense, automotive and industrial.

The expansion in this new field of activity is based on the acquisition of a minority stake in the company MXT Creation, recognized for its expertise in advanced electronics, thus integrating its capabilities under the umbrella of OVES Enterprise. The presence in this new market comes as a result of an investment of more than 300,000 euros over the last two years in prototyping and testing equipment, as well as licenses for simulation and development software.

The embedded boards developed by OVES Enterprise are distinguished by the use of state-of-the-art microprocessors, specially configured for AI and RealTime applications, ensuring low power consumption, essential for operation in devices such as drones, missiles or other defense equipment. Compared to alternatives on the market, OVES solutions offer similar performance at a significantly lower cost. At the same time, although we are talking about low costs, the complexity remains at the highest level, the company having the possibility to produce, at this moment, embedded boards in 16 layers, with 136 components, which allow their use in critical applications, such as equipment medical, military, telecommunications, or advanced control systems, where high interconnect density and high performance are required.
