Lili Grecu takes over the position of Talent Operations Manager at SoftServe Romania

SoftServe, one of the most important IT consulting companies in the region, appoints Lili Grecu as Talent Operations Manager for Romania. She will manage the entire recruitment department at the local level with an emphasis on process optimization and operational efficiency. SoftServe has employed over 130 specialists in Romania so far.

With over 14 years of experience in human resources, Lili Grecu started her career as a recruiter in 2012 and was soon promoted to team leader. Step by step, Lili Grecu’s career developed – in 2022 she was appointed recruitment director. Throughout his career he has managed complex recruitment projects both locally and internationally, with his expertise particularly focused on the EMEA region.

“I have always enjoyed working with people and after 14 years in this field, I felt it was time for new challenges. I chose SoftServe Romania for the opportunity to build a company from the ground up and put the right pieces in place for sustainable development. A graduate of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Faculty in Iași, Lili Grecu followed post-graduate master’s studies at the same university and specialized in human resources.
