GoTech World, Central and Eastern Europe’s largest IT industry expo-conference, brings the theme of the moment – Artificial Intelligence – to the forefront

GoTech World, the largest IT & Digital expo-conference in Central and Eastern Europe, will take place this year on 8 and 9 November at Romexpo, Pavilion B1. Artificial Intelligence will be the star of this edition and in addition to the main innovations in the field, presented by top international speakers to bring more clarity to the topic, visitors can also discover the technological solutions of the exhibiting companies. Also, among the 11 stages dedicated to technology, this year’s event brings the new AI Stage and Sustainability Stage.

For its 12th edition, GoTech World expects an audience of over 15,000 attendees, half of them C-level, and brings to the audience over 130 content sessions, 160 speakers and 100 exhibitors.

The event will bring together top global and local speakers who will address topics such as the evolution of wearable devices and how they are getting smarter, news in blockchain, Web3 and metaverse, exploring satellite technology, proactive measures against data vulnerabilities, the digital fraud landscape with a focus on identity theft, the state of cyber security in Romania or the Cleantech concept and value creation through sustainable standards.

GoTech World 2023 will keep the successful structure of the last editions, i.e. a large exhibition area – where the most important players in the IT, tech or digital industry will present their innovative solutions, together with 11 debate stages, including Main Stage, Java, DevOps, Retail & E-commerce, Cybersecurity, Business Transformation, Smart City, UX/UI, plus, starting this year, Sustainability Stage and AI Stage.

The Sustainability Stage aims to create the space for discussions around key topics such as sustainable mobility – including carbon reduction, energy efficiency, circular economy – essential to unlock benefits that organizations cannot achieve alone, or sustainability in the IT industry. Bringing together big names from the private and public sectors, both nationally and

internationally, these debates will help to raise awareness and promote sustainable practices in various areas and identify innovative and sustainable solutions for the future.

At the same time, several exciting topics will also be debated on the new Artificial Intelligence stage. One important topic is AI solutions developed for companies, which can be applied in various areas – finance, IT, the public sector – and have the potential to revolutionise the way these areas operate. Also, the integration of artificial intelligence into art and marketing will be another topic of great interest addressed in the AI scene (e.g. Midjourney generated images, which uses advanced AI techniques to create impressive visual works).
