The IT industry awarded its performers at the ANIS Gala 2023. Here are the winners of the “IT Industry Excellence Awards”!
The Employers’ Association of the Software and Services Industry (ANIS) organized on April 5, 2023, the ninth edition of the ANIS Gala, an event during which the winners of the annual “IT Industry Excellence Awards” were awarded.
At this year’s edition, 55 projects from 32 companies were registered. The independent jury selected the companies and projects that stood out during the past year and that had a particular impact on the market.
“The Romanian technology industry is a force driven by innovation, talent and dedication, as we have seen in the 25 years since ANIS represents the interests of tech companies. We are glad that year after year we have dozens of champions of the IT industry, with dozens of impactful, innovative initiatives, who want to make their voices heard through this competition. Every year, the task of the jury to select the winners of the is very difficult. That’s why I want to thank everyone who got involved in this project, both the companies that applied, the champions of the IT industry, the jury members, but also the ANIS team and the partners who supported this year’s ANIS Gala. We congratulate the winners and wish success in the future to all the companies that participated in the Awards this year, and we expect the others to register for the 2024 edition”, said Corina Vasile, Executive Director of ANIS.
Winners of the ANIS Awards 2023
Microsoft Romania won the award for Educational Program of the year for the “IT, My New Career” project
Finalists in this category were also:
• Adservio with the “Digital Education for Rural Schools” project
• Workshops Without Borders with the “Let’s Click on Romania” project
Endava won the trophy in the CSR Program of the Year category for the “Stronger Together for Ukraine” initiative.
Finalists in this category were:
• AROBS Transilvania with the “Fight for Your Green Cause” project
• mindit.io with the “Do Good Program” project.
In the Start-Up of the year category, the jurors designated Bright Spaces as the winner.
Along with this, among the finalists were:
• MedX
• Sano-Meter
The trophy in the R&D Project of the year category was awarded to Atta Systems, with the “Eupnoos” project. Finalists in this category were:
• Atos IT Solutions and Services with “Fully Integrated Cloud Native Security Solution”
• METRO.digital with “Mark down model to tackle the issue of waste from unsold items”.
In the Outsourcing Software Solution of the Year category, two projects stood out that won the trophy with equal points: Luxoft Romania with “Murex Connectivity” and rinf.tech with “Digitization of Transportation CCTV Management System”.
The following projects were also among the finalists:
• “Engie” by mReady
• “Delivery & Shipment Management Platform” proposed by rinf.tech.
In the Software Product of the Year category, the trophy was awarded to Kinderpedia, the edtech company that wants to transform education with the help of technology.
Finalists were also:
• AROBS Transilvania with “TrackGPS”
• Cyscale Systems with “Cyscale Cloud Platform”.
The trophy for the Company of the year was awarded, with equal points to AROBS Transilvania and ZITEC.
The other finalists were:
• mindit.io
• Seedblink.
The ANIS executive team awarded two special trophies at this edition of the ANIS Gala:
• For his Personal Contribution and involvement in ANIS working groups and in several projects of the Association, Andrei Radoi (SAP Romania) was rewarded with a special award.
• For the active support and involvement throughout the year in ANIS activity, the beear company received the ANIS Member of the Year trophy. Adservio and SAP Romania were the finalists in this category.
