Softelligence has seen a 33% increase in turnover in 2022
Softelligence, provider of digitization solutions and services for banking and insurance, registered a consolidated group turnover of 18.5 million euros in 2022, up 33% compared to the previous financial year, when this indicator rose to 13.9 million euros.
The development was delivered by digital transformation, data analytics and software development projects, delivered both locally and to UK and US clients.
“In the last three years, banks, insurance companies and other non-banking financial organizations have understood that although the nature of their business mainly involves minimizing risk of any kind, this often has an important effect on the speed with which they adopt changes, the demands of the customers they serve, like any other commercial entity, are constantly changing and transforming especially in the digital area and cannot be ignored. Thus, companies are much more open to change than in the past, to the transparency of the relationship with consumers and, therefore, willing to get involved in complex digitization processes. We are glad that we have the opportunity, thanks to the solutions and services we offer, to support prestigious financial organizations to go through this technological revolution”, says Adrian Blidăruș, CEO of the Softelligence group.
Development plans also include hiring more than 100 specialists by the end of the year. Currently, at group level, Softelligence has 270 employees.
“Despite the global trend announced by the big tech giants, at Softelligence we will constantly have open, throughout the year, a number of new positions both for the software development centers in Romania, in Bucharest and Craiova, and externally, in Macedonia, at Skopje and in Great Britain, in London. At the moment, we are especially looking for Java Developers and Data Engineers but, in the future, we anticipate that we will open roles for .NET, Big Data, Data Science, Python and machine learning”, states Andreea Făsui, Head of People at Softelligence.
For creating and developing a European center of excellence in consulting and digital transformation and expanding operations with new subsidiaries in Europe in 2022, Softelligence was recently awarded the eFinance award in the e-Technology and Consultancy category.
Softelligence is a traditional technology and consulting partner of the banking and insurance sector and closed the previous year with major achievements, such as the launch of TBI Bank’s digital branch in Greece, less than six months after the project started. He is currently running a project to rethink the customer experience for the health insurance line of the Omniasig Vienna Insurance Group.
