Goodroid and Profluo support Romanian businesses in digitization based on RPA and Artificial Intelligence.

The two companies signed an agreement to provide advanced technological solutions for the digitization of local businesses.

More than three-quarters of Romanian companies (77%) are deficient in digitization, according to the European Union, thus placing Romania in last place in this chapter, at the opposite pole to countries such as Finland, Denmark, Sweden or Malta. Moreover, Eurostat data show that almost half of medium-sized (47%) and small (46%) enterprises present a low level of digitization (according to DII – Digital Intensity Index).

In this context, Goodroid and Profluo, two companies with expertise in technology, artificial intelligence and digitalization, announce the signing of an agreement whose objective is to support Romanian companies to go faster on the road to digitalization. Together, the two companies will offer advanced technology solutions that improve business efficiency by automating repetitive processes. The automation solutions offered are based on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence for document processing.

As part of the partnership, Goodroid and Profluo will promote a joint package of solutions through the national network of Goodwill Consulting Group representatives and provide full implementation services of Profluo solutions through Goodroid’s experienced team of business analysts. Profluo solutions will be integrated into automated RPA processes offered through Goodroid, but also into any ERP system, without API connectors and without modifying/changing the current ERP platform.

According to the European objectives detailed in Digital Compass – the EU’s vision for the decade of the digital transformation – more than 90% of SMEs in the EU should reach at least a basic level of digitization by 2030, and at least 75 % of large companies to use cloud services, big data solutions or based on artificial intelligence.
Romanian companies now have the opportunity, thanks to the funds available through PNRR, to invest in digitization by purchasing software solutions or integrated systems that support them in increasing competitiveness at the local and regional level, but also in operational efficiency, by automating processes. This partnership will also facilitate the access of small and medium-sized enterprises to European funds for digitization, through consulting services offered by Goodwill Consulting, including eligibility verification and score calculation offered free of charge.
