Fab Lab opens in partnership with Adservio a new coworking space in Iași, with educational theme

This February, Fab Lab Iași Association inaugurates a new hub open to the community, with an educational theme, in partnership with Adservio.

The space will accommodate up to 40 residents, has an area of 300 square meters and is located in the central area, on Morilor street no. 56, near Podul de Piatra.

The tendency to work from #coworking spaces of students, IT employees and entrepreneurs, but also of freelancers is growing. After the pandemic period, most residents declared that they needed the exchange of energy and ideas, new pretexts for socializing. Many community initiatives have developed during meal breaks or during discussions at events organized in conference rooms. In addition, the diversity of areas in which Fab Lab residents operate has long exceeded the area of IT & tech.

“It will be a year full of events and challenges, and we are open to adapting our resources to current needs. We are happy with the new partnership with Adservio, but also with the strengthening of the partnership with BCR and the “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University in Iasi for the first two Fab Lab spaces (active since 2017 and 2020 respectively) and the expansion of the connectivity partnership with Orange in all three locations in Iași, with which we will continue to support innovative initiatives, start-ups and impact projects in the community”, declares Dan Zaharia, the founder of Fab Lab Iași.

“We are happy to directly support the opening of Fab Lab 3, right in the same building as Adservio. For us, this event is an opportunity to contribute to the development of the #Edtech community in Iași. The expansion of the #FabLabIasi coworking network generates an extremely useful for the transfer of knowledge and skills”, said Mihai Mocanu, Marketing Manager at Adservio.

The space is dedicated to people who want to work remotely or find inspiration with other active members of the community. Our team is already familiar with the increase in the number of residents developing their professional activity in our premises. At Fab Lab 3 we created a relaxing, optimistic environment. The design of a modern barn, free Wi-Fi, quick access to public transport and the central area offer the feeling of comfort for those who choose to work in an open space”, said Alexandra Ceornei, Community Manager at Fab Lab Iași.
